ONETY1 LLC Refund Policy


At ONETY1 LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our

customers. To ensure the integrity of our products and maintain compliance with industry

regulations, we have established the following refund policy:

Inspection Upon Receipt

All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully

examine all materials immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies, including shortages,

damages, or defects, must be reported to ONETY1 LLC within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or returns may be considered under the following conditions:

• The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The product is recalled by the manufacturer or regulatory authorities.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products.

• Products not stored according to required conditions.

• Products past their expiration date.

• Special order or custom items.

Return Process

1. Notify ONETY1 LLC’s customer service at sales@Onety1 .com within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Provide the order details, reason for the return, and supporting documentation (e.g.,

photos of damaged goods).

3. Await return authorization and instructions from ONETY1 LLC.

4. Upon approval, return the product in its original packaging.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as a credit to the original payment method or as an account

credit, as determined by ONETY1 LLC. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

ONETY1 LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
